      Pros

      Potential Good Bonus if Team will work together. Attempts to bring fun and special events throughout the year. Games/Food offered. If you are family & friends you laugh & have fun. Get to drink on lunch and return to work happy.

      Cons

      If you get hired by an agency, you are not given a pay increase. Just told you will have an increase if doing well at review time. Toxic environment. If you go to management or HR about problems you are blackballed. Then family & friends will not talk to you at work. Very difficult to be part of a team that is disrespectful. Team members bring in food for each other but refuse to speak to you or offer you anything. TOXIC people.

      Pros

      There is a bonus program and if you know it well, you have the possibility of earning money and other prizes.

      Cons

      If a person was liked by management they could do well and move up. However, if someone was not liked for any reason, they would be passed over for promotions and given smaller yearly increases. The management team was also expected to keep in contact on email in the evenings and weekends, even at the branch manager level. Working even while you were on vacation was not unheard of, just so a person could be kept in good standing.
