Base pay. If you make it past the branch level you're going to make good money.

Cons

If you work at the branch level, upper mgmt find ways to decrease the bonus pay. You won't be valued at all by the people running the company. Used to be a great job. Ever since Shulman took over the branch employees have been treated poorly.

It’s your fault that your DQ is horrible it’s not that the company gives loans to people who you as a PLS know are gonna take the money and run, very little incentive to hit DQ due to your “bonuses” being very little
