Our compensation and benefits package are evaluated and guided by a set of company principles that are regularly reviewed. Specifically, as part of our evaluation process our pay and salary ranges are informed and adjusted based on industry standards, general pay practices, and geography. Our benefits package is adjusted annually based on team member feedback and industry standards. For example, we heard from our team members that they valued an employee stock purchase plan and at the beginning of 2022 we rolled out this benefit. This year, the company also made every effort to absorb additional benefits costs with nominal increases passed on to our team members. We also encourage all our managers to be flexible and open to discussing and accommodating team members with the flexibility they need to ensure there is no burnout.
