Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to provide team members with benefit options that fit their individual lives at affordable prices. Work life balance is important to us. As this is personal for each individual, we encourage our team members to discuss their concerns with their direct managers or HR Business Partner. Collection duties are part of the primary duties for individuals including branch and call center staff members. It is important that OneMain protects its loan portfolio and collects on accounts that have become delinquent. Numbers driven management which leads to employees not being appreciated as much. No straight direction from upper management as well.

The job requires a diverse skill set to perform well, and working as a branch manager for OMF is an excellent place to develop leadership and collaborative skill sets. The salary is very competitive and the company has excellent benefits.

Cons

High employee turnover. Keeping good people was very difficult due to salary limitations. Expectations are kept very high which makes taking a vacation very challenging.
