nice environment supervisorso are there to lift you up 1 hour lunch, 2- 15 min brakes, rare for a call center

they have a night shift like most call centers and they open weekends

Was never told good job. Was cursed out by the DM on multiple occasions who was a walking maniac.

It was close to my house but other than that nothing, hated being in management, I guess the benefits were okay

Cons

Work life balance, upper management treats you like a pos, nothing is ever good enough for them, would get cursed out on a weekly to daily basis.
