Training is given consistently, which is great since things are constantly changing in the lending industry.

Cons

Only so far you can go before your salary is capped; KPIs are based on branch and district performance, not only individual metrics, which can hurt your ability to earn a bonus.

There's a great incentive bonus for reaching a certain goal. Insurance benefits are great and they are flexible.

Cons

The goals needed to get an incentive bonus are pretty high. I hate feeling like a beggar asking these people for payments.
