      Stress free, fun environment, no person to person contact with customers

      Cons

      Poor commission scale. Commission based on something we can’t not control.

      Pros

      Commission pay. You can pretty much work independently once you know what you’re doing. They promote from within.

      Cons

      Bonus structure is reliant on economy. Which is frustrating. You can do everything right however, if customers are not paying their bills and your office does not look profitable. You either get no bonus for a small one. Best not to be financially reliant on commission pay.

      Pros

      The bonus structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Don't get comfortable with your tenure and that you are a top performer. At any given moment something can happen like a pandemic which is out of your control, which causes you to take a leave of absence with no job protection and every 90 days you are threatened that they are going to hire someone in your place.(and they did without terminating you so that you could collect unemployment) The option to work from home was off the table even though our computers were configured to work from home and the loan closing were virtual.
