      Good company to work for. Has good opportunities for advancement, good benefits, good pay, and a very structured work environment.

      Great place to work. Even in the current state of the economy the company has been able to stay profitable

      Pros

      I was on my own. I saw my boss once a quarter. I ran my own show. Communication up-and-down through management is concise. You will never get mixed messages. They have great benefits and they give a lot of time off. My boss was great about time off except during CAD (May and November). Time off is not approved.

      Cons

      the hours. They will work you to the bone, if you let them. Promotions are hard to get. Oh, and they are up for sale. So, who knows what Citifi will be like after the company is sold. Be prepared for the conference calls, there's a lot!
