At least it was a job.

Cons

No work life balance, employees are spread so thin, management refuses to listen. All the perks promised upon hire were not followed through or were discontinued. Toxic environment because everyone is unhappy and has one foot out the door.

Pros

Staff within each office are great to work with. Discounts on supplements, beauty products, and nurturant injections are ok last year it was better in 2021.

Cons

Corporate raised prices without telling anyone. Lack of Communitions runs from the top to the bottom. PTO 1 week the first year 2 weeks the second year and caps out at 3 weeks work/home life is not competitive in the current job market.
