Pros

no reprimand for calling out of work, doesn't matter how many times you call out

Cons

No structural training, they just throw you in. MA and support staff have such a heavy load they are so burnt out they don't care to do their jobs well. Constant feeling like someone is going to fire you for simply breathing the wrong way.

One Peak has some of the best primary care providers I have came across in my healthcare career. Rebecca Meek is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, and I have only amazing things to say about her. She has more of a naturopathic/holistic approach to care, which I love! She really listens to you, and I feel like I have learned so much about my body and health over the last couple years from being a patient at One Peak Medical. She truly cares for her patients. They are always running specials on vitamins/supplements and esthetic products and services!

Cons

They are open 4 days a week and it does get pretty crowded in the lobby during the hours of 11-3.
