With almost 12 years of healthcare experience, I can tell you I have never worked for a company or organization that genuinely cared about MY HEALTH as much as the patients' health. I have worked with OnePeak for 4 years and feel like part of a family, despite the rapid growth and evolution of the Company during this time. Other "pros" I've experienced: - Company is growing so there are opportunities for professional growth/development that might not immediately exist -Our patients actually get BETTER. We change lives and make people healthier and happier, which is why most of us were attracted to the healthcare field to being with -Great co-workers and engaged corporate/administrative team -Great pay and great hours
Cons
Not a whole lot when you consider other healthcare companies out there. I would like to see a switch from a simple IRA to a 401k retirement plan.
