-Rarely work more than 45 hours in a week - Good PTO if you stick around for 2 years -Free health insurance plan

Cons

-Average pay, benefits are just ok, can be hard to get raises -Constant expansion that isnt well planned, hurts the current clinics

Horrible training. Overworked MA's and burnout for employees was never addressed despite constant requests for help. Lack of management. 4 office managers in a 2 year period.

Encouraged to build your practice and able to control your own income potential ! Excellent marketing, able to build a practice quickly, beautiful office, fun staff with tribe mentality. Really good benefits, including “Peak Bucks” to use towards services at the clinic.

Cons

Lots of patients want to be seen, at times your patients may need to see other providers.
