Pros

If you're self-motivated, a quick learner, and work very well with others in a busy atmosphere then you may thrive here as a technician or pharmacist. The casual attire is a huge plus and management will pay attention to your opinions if you actually have evidence to your concerns and solid ground to stand upon. Those of us that work hard, smart, and efficiently look forward to the fast pace and the challenges that each day will bring.

Cons

It is so hard to find good help these days! Finding motivated, qualified technicians seems to be a problem most pharmacies experience these days. This is the current trend so it's not exactly a con just a fact of the pharmacy world right now.
