Office location is very convenient. Can also work remotely.

Cons

Politics everywhere. Management cannot be trusted. No recruiting process to get the best applicant. Too many Directors and VPs. C-Level executives are incompetent. No vision. Low pay. Only employee benefit is the health insurance which is very expensive.
