      Pros

      This is a great place to work, they care about you, and appreciate their employees. I worked retail pharmacy for years and I felt more gratitude here after months than I ever did with retail. As a Full Time Employee, the benefits cannot be beat! The health insurance package is unlike any where else.

      Cons

      Can be too nice, keeping some bad apples around for too long in the hopes they change back to who they used to be.

      Pros

      Large degree of job satisfaction from helping patients every day. Great health benefits. Outstanding office culture- very fun, friendly and motivated colleagues. Exceptional Executive personnel- knowledgeable, approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      Honestly cannot think of any. The company culture is transparent, and they want to help you succeed.

      Pros

      Working close with coworkers, I have made great friendships that make coming to work enjoyable. I feel as though my work makes a difference for our patients and their families. Upper management is flexible and cares about you as a person (opposed to larger chains where they don't even know your name). I hope to stay here for the rest of my career.

      Cons

      Very very busy, at some times exhausting, but wouldn't change jobs for anything.
