Pros

The coworkers are awesome and it seems like the company does try to organize events for the staff. We also do get bonuses and profit sharing.

Cons

The insurance isn’t great and the management needs an overhaul. There’s so little standard across the board that knowing what to do in general is like a puzzle to figure out.
