Pros

Paid Benefits. They treat their employees well. Great work environment for most part.

Cons

Pay for pharmacy technicians should be higher due to the huge work load that is placed on them. They deserve a lot more than what is paid to them. They are the backbone of the company and they are not compensated enough for all they do. Also there is a lead technician that doesn't know the term "lead" to well aka lead by example. They let a known bully work here and don't do anything about it when brought up.
