Closed door pharmacy environment Set schedule known months in advance One weekend per month Flexible and understanding managers

Cons

I don't really have any to mention, if i had to list one, it would be the expectation to be in an on call rotation (once/8 weeks) with other members of the pharmacist team

Similar to other small, private companies, budget and culture are not as competitive as larger organizations. This makes comp less attractive and bringing top talents challenging. In addition, headcount skillsets & quality do not often fit the positions.
