Pros
The company is based on their values and they stick to them. The executive team really does have an open door policy. OSV hires high quality, qualified people who show to live up to the company values. There is plenty of room for employee growth, as the company is growing very quickly, so there are plenty of opportunities to move up or change positions. The employees all work as a team. Benefits, compensation, and time off policies are top-notch.
Cons
Because the company is growing so quickly, there are not many set policies and procedures or training manuals in place (especially since they would have to be continually updated) - but the company knows they need to make that a priority, and functions very well.
