Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Onit. The company has a strong sense of purpose and invests in both its people and its culture. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely open to feedback. You can feel that they care about doing things the right way, not just fast. The culture is one of the best parts: supportive teams, lots of collaboration across departments, and an emphasis on kindness, respect, and growth. Initiatives like Onit Connects and recognition programs make it easy to appreciate one another and stay connected. Work-life balance is solid, and flexibility is encouraged. The work can be fast-paced, but it’s rewarding because you’re surrounded by people who want to see you succeed! Overall, Onit is a great place to learn, grow, and be part of something that’s both people-focused and innovative.

Cons

Fast-moving environment, you have to be adaptable, but it keeps things interesting.

A Company Much Like A Family

Pros

Career Growth - Onit gives you real chances to move up and learn new skills. They don't want you to stay in the same role forever. Instead, they encourage you to take on new challenges and advance your career. Great Pay - The salary is competitive and fair for the work we do. Not to mention the commission rewards the grind. Amazing Benefits - The benefits package is outstanding. They really take care of their employees. Awesome People - My coworkers and managers are genuinely nice people who are fun to work with. The team atmosphere is supportive and friendly. Investment in You - This company actually wants to see you succeed. They provide training, resources, and opportunities to help you excel. Getting stuck in the same position just isn't how Onit operates. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a company that will invest in your future and surround you with great people, Onit is definitely worth considering. I'm glad I joined this team, it is the best corporate experience I have ever had!

Cons

None! I just enjoy being here, only thing I don't like is my commute but that's because I live an hour and half away, no ones fault except mine.

As a new hire, I’ve been incredibly impressed with Onit’s onboarding process, it was seamless, well-structured, and gave me clear direction from day one. My team has been nothing but supportive, always willing to answer questions and help me succeed. What stands out most is the open communication from the executive team; they are transparent, approachable, and actively engaged in sharing the company’s vision. The culture here fosters collaboration and growth, and I truly feel set up for long-term success.
