They are lacking of testing knowledge and testing framework design. Everyday I went to work and fix the same problem for the others day by day. They have rule set, checklist for automation testing but nobody following it. They hit into same mistake on automation testing everyday. When ever I suggest to improve or changes, they always turn back on my suggestions. The person who does code review for me always late on his response, he let my tasks wait for his review months. When I changed reviewer, he came back and asked why didn't I let him review my code? LOL. I reported this to director but nothing change. The legacy testing framework is very robust, and stable but he said that it's hard to use and maintain because he is lack of testing knowledge and framework design. The cypress framework design is horrible, unstable, flaky and keep repeating the same errors. I don't know why they didn't see it and improve it. I refactored the framework, showed them the practical way to use but they always turn down.
