Pros

A very flexible work environment geared towards results. I would highly recommend working here. Great upper management team. Weekly team lunch. Free snacks. I would definitely consider going back if the right position was available.

Cons

When I left, Onit was just starting to feel some growing pains around the transition from early to mid-stage startup. Over the 2 years I worked there, my job went from a variety of tasks to the same one task over and over again. But this is natural in the development of a company.

Pros

Onit is a fast growing company which provides opportunities for growth & learning. Work environment is casual yet challenging. Good management team, good leaders & smart people make this a fun place to work, where people are valued & good work appreciated & encouraged.

Cons

As with any fast growing company, we learn as we grow. This means anyone looking for "established/fully ready" processes may not get that here. Feedback to the employees could be more frequent. A "9 to 6" fixed hour work place this isn't (that's actually a good thing! :)
