Pros

Great team, including management. I am challenged on a daily basis to learn and grow skills that are needed to help drive our solutions forward in a fun and exciting market. Working with great clients to solve problems and deliver products that we can be proud of.

Cons

Sometimes we run out of coffee beans for the espresso machine. Although usually resolved quickly, this can cause a general panic, especially if it happens on a Monday.

Onit is a great company to work for and has a great culture. I encourage candidates to join the team. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and it's an exciting time in the legal technology market.
