Dear Employee, Thank you for your feedback. However, your feedback is a bit too brief to act upon. We definitely want to know where we can improve in the management area and in resource balancing. You understand we are a growing company and we encourage all channels of communication for feedback. Even if you are new here at Onit, we would highly encourage you to speak to your manager and/or HR and even the leadership as so you desire to explain your point in detail. We understand certain projects and certain groups are loaded at this time but since we have the agile model, we definitely look at our capacity planning and empower the teams to make the commitment. That being said, your point about imbalance is definitely something we want to act upon and would highly appreciate you bringing this insight up to us. We have always encouraged a culture of healthy debate and there are no repercussions whatsoever to the points that you bring as opportunities for improvement. Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP.
