Poor Management and Misleading Opportunities

Technicians are supportive. Generally pleasant employees.

Cons

Empty promises and illusions of growth from management. Contractor conversions can take years. Poor escalation structuring. Systems Engineering seems understaffed and/or under supported. Employees are misguided due to lack of direction and horrible communication. A lot of tribal knowledge that rarely makes it to other ATE’s. High turnover rate for ATE’s since you are either outsourced, cross trained on a new product last minute or burnt out.
