      Pros

      You can work with confidence knowing that you can't break what is already broken.

      Cons

      Treated like your less than, very few ever make any internal advancements. Path to professional growth non-existent, some of the worst pay in the industry, corporate HR is on another planet, completely out of touch with the reality of day to day operations. Local HR hasn't truly existed in MN for 6 years. Revolving door.
