      Pros

      Onto plays in a growing market which helps drive business. In a slower growing market they would struggle to hit revenue targets.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized. Total lack of procedures to drive organizational efficiency. The leadership is polarized on revenue and anything else is a distant second. If I had a word to describe Onto it would incompetent.

      Good benefits Flexible schedule Honest coworkers who worked hard to get things done, despite everything going on

      Negative work environment fostered by many in leadership positions No career growth paths Corporate leaders seem to undermine their own employees Selling products that do not exist, and then setting unrealistic timelines to develop them
