When the company is facing financial downturn, they will lay you off at a moment's notice. It doesn't matter if you've performed well or not.

Flexible schedule, most PTO in the area, some of the people are great.

Cons

Unable to address known issues for 10+ years: lack of career development and compensation, poor/nonexistent forecasting, goals and methods in constant flux, high turnover in many areas that management can't figure out.
