Pros

The interview process was great. I learned so much about the company and their values during the process. Onward believes in teamwork which has been a refreshing change coming from the tech recruiting world. The training has been fantastic.

Pros

I started at Onward Search with 0 recruiting experience but that was not an issue at Onward Search. The training they have in place really helps you get up to speed quickly and learn the ropes. I was nervous initially just because you hear the stories of agencies not allowing for work/life balance but I really feel Onward Search is different. You definitely work hard but there is still time for fun as well.

Cons

Not much to complain about here, I really feel that when an issue arises the organization is open to feedback.

Pros

- Can sometimes be flexible on working from home - Snacks - I hear the pay is good if you make commission

Cons

- Turnover, turnover, turnover - bare minimum on culture - organization is super cheap - If they can get it done by overworking 2 people instead of hiring three than theyll always choose to overwork 2 people - no one really wants to be here people constantly talk about trying to find other jobs - leadership only cares about numbers and nothing else. Your just a body who can dial a phone, or balance a spread sheet or search linkedin
