Pros

Recruiters are kind, quick responding, and efficient. I was contacted by one of the recruiters and within a few days, they had job opportunities lined up for me. Once a suitable opportunity was found they then put me in contact with other members of the team to managed different projects to find a great fit for me. Great interactions throughout the entire process.

Minimal Opportunity For Growth

Pros

-team culture was fun while we were in office - i had a great manager who often went above and beyond to be supportive -made lasting relationships -PTO was good and they offered mental health days in 2020

Cons

-will not pay industry average, promoted job responsibilities without providing compensation. I was literally told the only way to get a raise was to close more deals. (In a pandemic where we all were struggling to close deals where we could) -there are pay discrepancies between coworkers (males at the company seem to have higher salaries) -family owned business and there are multiple cases of clear nepotism -this company switches up processes at least every month, you are constantly blindsided by a new re-org happening and it always seemed like the companies favorite employees were benefitting whereas other employees were forced to go along for the ride.
