We are proud of both our culture and our teams. It appears most of your comments were based on your salary. Like most firms in our industry, our compensation model is designed to reward performance on the back-end through commissions. Every employee ultimately controls their take home through exemplary performance. The comments you cited regarding differences in gender pay are not true. Our compensation model, as benchmarked by external consultants, is both in line with the industry and meets the high standard of gender parity which is a commitment of our entire organization and Executive team. We pride ourselves in being a great place to work for women as reflected in our recent industry award and recognition.
