Overall just an awful experience. There really is no reason to join. If you're an experienced recruiter, you'll quickly laugh at both their commission structures (which they try and hide up front- until you've joined) and their "staff/management". Entry level and younger recruiters should realize there is no career there, and you won't gain anything- so don't waste your time. Management makes it seem like there are more opportunities than there are. They promise free trips and other rewards that are actually unobtainable to a recruiter. They have too many others not involved in the deal taking a piece of your commission. Expect to work insane hours to even scrape by. They have no exclusivity with their clients and most jobs don't even really exist.
