      Pros

      Onward Search is a great place for people who have the drive and an entrepreneur spirit. If you’re looking for a place to make a big impact and work hard this is the place to do it. Onward also takes extra time and care when working with their freelance talent. This is a very rare quality in most staffing firms but you won’t feel like a number when you work with Onward Search The company operates with honesty and transparency and abides by all core values from the top down. Great place for a career!!

      I can not think of any Cons at the moment.. but great company all around.

      Pros

      Leadership is fully invested in insuring growth for the brand and employees. The relationship is a give and take and the balance is maintained by everyone doing their part and raising their hand for support and guidance. I see that the core values that OS puts forth are embraced and executed on on a consistent basis. This is a tough business and is not cut out for everyone. It's a balance between relationships and metrics and if you're falling in metrics you"ll never build the relationships and we're asked to hold ourselves accountable to those. The Work/Life balance is there.

      Pros

      Trust. In the people I work next to and in my upper management. I feel the information flows through this company extremely well and I always know where I stand from a performance and production standpoint. Dedicated professionals who want to be successful and show every day to make this company better and truly invest in their respective markets and talent candidates.

      Cons

      Unmatched 401K is my biggest concern. I also feel that LI accounts could be upgraded to better levels and everyone should get their media/message plans paid for on their cell phones.
