Pros

Great work and life balance, once you get your pace and your control of how to go after clients, it will all click and fall into place. I like how we are motivated to win not only for ourselves, but also my west coast team and the entire company in group company goals (LIKE PTO and moneY!) The mood is sales focused and collaborative without feeling like a Robert half.

Cons

it's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy working here and my managers. I've met some talented people here that push me to do better every week.

Pros

Onward Search is constantly evolving and looking for ways to keep everyone engaged while working remotely. They are always looking for new ways to improve their training so everyone can be successful. They have a collaborative culture - no one is competitive with each other, except in a fun way. The executive team and management genuinely care about the success of each employee, and offer plenty of growth opportunities. They truly do live by their values through each interaction with one another, clients, and candidates.

Cons

As any company, they hit their rough patch with the COVID-19 pandemic, but they quickly adjusted and are working hard to constantly improve their tactics to ensure everyone’s success. All in all, I wouldn’t consider this a con.
