      Pros

      attracted me with promise of lucrative compensation package, but they change it as soon as you get to the point where you can actually start to cash in

      Cons

      Dishonest, all about numbers. They just want to force candidates into roles, even if they don't fit at all

      Pros

      Onward is pursuing all the right staffing paths. There are some really good and talented people there.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Leadership is all over the place. It is an environment of "duck & cover". There are a significant number of senior members who will cannibilze the sales of their support team to make themselves look good. I was so hopeful but could not take it any longer.

      Pros

      They truly value the work/life balance. Relationships and hard work is at the core of the business. Managers encourage excellence from their teams but it is a constant learning experience, which makes you feel empowered to do the best job you know how to do. I have only been with the organization a short time, and so far feel like such a valued member of my team and no question is too small or too big. When we are physically in the office its always collaborative and meaningful. The benefits are very good and the PTO and Parental Leave for the Corporate staff is very generous. This is truly a unique organization that stands out from so many others.

      Cons

      For me the only "con" is the parking where the company is currently located. They have been very good about offering a parking pass to use the underground garage parking but personally I feel it is bit tight and dank. However overall, I am grateful that the company does foot that parking pass bill each month.
