I was able to learn the recruiting skills from the ground up. With hands-on training my management made it easy to turn recruiting from something I was nervous about to a career. The work is exciting, driven, and fast-paced. There is always work to be done.

Cons

No cons, I honestly highly enjoy working in this environment. Best company I have ever worked for. I am highly utilized and never feel like the weak link in the company. Everyone has their own niche and culture to recruit in and provide to the company.

I have worked at multiple staffing firms and there has never been a company that compares to Onward. The culture, the benefits, leadership and most importantly the passion/ love for what we do. 4 weeks in I knew I wanted to stay here for the remainder of my career and grow internally. Highly recommended!

Cons

Company is still growing so there may not have as much perks as other larger staffing firms -- not that important though.
