Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts and concerns. We strive to create a safe space for open and honest feedback from our employees. I am sorry that you did not discuss your concerns with your me or your manager before your departure. I agree with you on all of the pros you have listed. We do have a fantastic sales force. Our Recruiters and Account Executives are also unmatched. We do have a generous PTO plan, that we are working on enhancing in coming weeks. Our employees are focused on aligning with various clients and we agree that exposure strengthens expertise. I unfortunately do not agree with your cons. We can agree to disagree. Regarding our top line investment, I appreciate your concern for our bottom line. In business, at times, investment is required to scale. We are scaling and shattering performance records as we do it. As part of our investment strategy, Onward was committed to bringing in the best senior leaders in the business to achieve our organizational objectives, and we have done just that. We have the strongest Senior Leadership Team in our industry. Additionally, investing in and building a world class L&D capability is critical to the growth of our employees and our company, it addresses your comment about career paths and opportunities for growth. Regarding your micromanagement comment, I think you have it wrong. We are focused on being customer obsessed! That means that we measure and work to exceed the expectations of the Talent who trust us to find them work and the brands that we serve. I am sorry that our focus on delivering exemplary service isn't inline with your management expectations. Transparency is a non-negotiable company value, that is why we have shared our strategic plan, our transformation initiatives and our expectations for service delivery with the entire organization and review them with our teams every month as a company. We also have a top down open door policy that you didn't take advantage of. We are serious about our customers and we are serious about growth. That growth will continue to offer career opportunities to our teams. Each colleague has been given career pathing options along with access to the best L&D program in our industry.
