      Pros

      Opportunity to rise in a relatively short time frame but you better have the right mentality (or last name). Diverse and experienced managers.

      Cons

      Nepotism run amok and HQ makes decision based on which way the wind blows on any given day. In a field where the saying goes, 'what have you done for me lately?', 'lately' equals one second.

      Pros

      It starts at the top - our SLT is fantastic! They are encouraging, consistently available and extremely motivating even in a remote setting. Ken is a great CEO and never fails to acknowledge someone's hard work. I also think its amazing how involved he is. You actually get face time you get with him, unlike other companies where you never hear directly from the CEO. The remote flexibility is the best and all of my colleagues are supportive even from states away. It makes sense that most of the people that work here have been at Onward for 10+ years. It's a great company and I'm proud to work here.

      Not the biggest fan of Zoom.

      We agree, our staff is great! We always try to learn from our mistakes, but there's not much in this comment that we can learn from or act on. While we appreciate the advice, the fact is, we're a little too committed to our clients, our freelancers, and our employees to quit now. Absent more constructive feedback, we'll just continue matching incredible talent with some of the nation's most innovative companies. Wishing you the best in whatever is next for you!
