Pros

Good PTO offering especially if you become more tenured. I worked with some amazing people on my immediate team

Cons

You will be held to weekly KPIs, if you don’t hit your goals expect to be put on a PIP and managed out. This is the nature of a staffing company. They restructured 3-4 times while I worked there, it felt like constant upheaval.

Pros

An amazing company to work for!! Onward is small but mighty. I feel fully supported here and that I have a voice and feedback that is always taken into consideration.

Cons

The market is the biggest con for the recruitment industry as a whole. If the market were flourishing Onward would be too. It can make you feel like there is less stability with your job. I will say though, to combat that, Onward is leaning into different sectors that are gaining popularity such as accessibility and ai that other companies haven’t leaned as far into yet.
