CEO is heavily involved with everyone on the team, and treats everyone with respect regardless of tenure

Cons

Management level is okay but not great, clearly some individual contributors that were promoted into management roles and don’t know how to manage people.

Pros

Quick promotions for high performers. Onward Play line of business has some really great people. Marketing team is fantastic, they equip sales team with excellent tools for outreach.

Cons

Crazy high turnover. Over the course of 3 years, we had some of the highest turnover, at both leadership and production level, I've experienced in a 20+ year staffing career. Delayed payouts on commissions (4-6 months) for full time placements. One or two highly toxic/abrasive people in leadership roles.
