      Pros

      I learned a lot during my time at Onward Search. Management expected people to work hard and always wanted their employees to succeed.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable and willing to work in a commission driven setting. Metrics are very key to the role.

      From the very first call, I knew Onward Search was something special. The interview process was super quick and smooth—no unnecessary steps, no waiting around forever. They kept things moving and were super communicative the whole way through. Once I joined, the onboarding blew me away. Everything was so organized, with clear expectations and easy-to-follow processes. I never had to wonder what I was supposed to be doing—everything was laid out and super supportive. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the leadership team. They’re genuinely kind, approachable, and lead with heart. It’s clear they’re here to support, not micromanage. That “servant leadership” mindset they talk about? Totally real. And the vibe across the whole company reflects that—everyone’s treated like an adult, trusted to do great work, and supported when they need help. The team itself is awesome—so many long-timers who clearly love it here, and they’ve all been nothing but welcoming. Coworkers are friendly, generous with their time, and just all-around great humans. It’s honestly such a refreshing place to work. If you’re looking for a company where the people are kind, the processes make sense, and the leadership truly cares, this is 100% the place. I’m so glad I joined!

      Cons

      To really thrive here, especially as a top performer, you need to be highly self-directed and naturally curious. There’s tons of support and great documentation, but no one’s going to hold your hand. You’ll do best if you’re the type who takes initiative, asks smart questions, and isn’t afraid to dig in and figure things out.
