      Pros

      - Work with well known clients - Pushes people to be more successful - Remote friendly

      Cons

      - In an onboarding meeting, we were told "if you don't dedicate your entire life to this company, I will help update your resume and show you the door" from the CEO. - Leadership is extremely micromanagy. Expect 7 am slacks asking about highly unimportant issues - Zero culture. Employees barely know each other and compete with each other openly, this is encouraged - No nuance in KPI management. Off two days for being sick? Hit your numbers. Only have 2 open submission slots? Hit your numbers. Very black and white. - Incredible turnover, constant change in leadership, processes, expectations - 1000 slack channels make for confusing communication and updates - Driven by fear, not hope. Struggling? Better get it together fast, with the only advice or help being "do better"

      he work culture here is amazing. Right from the start, I felt like I belonged, and they appreciate you not just as an employee, but as a person with your own skills and ideas. Onward Search encourages creativity and teamwork, making it a place where you can truly thrive.

      Sometimes, the pace can be pretty fast, which can be challenging.

      Onward Search is a fantastic company!

      Pros

      It starts at the top - our SLT is fantastic! They are encouraging, consistently available and extremely motivating even in a remote setting. Ken is a great CEO and never fails to acknowledge someone's hard work. I also think its amazing how involved he is. You actually get face time you get with him, unlike other companies where you never hear directly from the CEO. The remote flexibility is the best and all of my colleagues are supportive even from states away. It makes sense that most of the people that work here have been at Onward for 10+ years. It's a great company and I'm proud to work here.

      Cons

      Not the biggest fan of Zoom.
