Pros

Flexibility and WLB is prioritized. Teams are small so there's plenty of opportunities to increase scope and you feel like you're making a difference in your team. My team is very open to feedback and actually takes it seriously. Felt like setting the record straight with the recent negative reviews- yes we have had a change in management and yes they haven't been the most transparent at times but this is still a great company to work at. Most of the people that have made the company great over the past several years are still here. There is a push towards more structure in the org in general but I think a lot of it is a push in the right direction.

Once had a great culture and good leadership.

Now under new leadership team. Team spirit and culture are dying. Layoffs have started. No longer a good place to work.
