Pros

Great brands to work with plus lots of hiring and plans for continued growth. There have been a number of changes over the last few years and it's all coming together in a positive new direction. The people are great, the projects are interesting, and there's a chance to own work that matters.

Cons

Yes, change takes time to take hold, but the vision is clear and the corner has been turned.

- Flexible PTO and fully remote - Helpful coworkers - It’s a time of major change where we’re integrating all our different products

Cons

- Core product was built several years ago so the pace might seem really slow - salary is a bit low compared to big tech and is not cost of living adjusted

Flexible working arrangements, ability to work 100% remotely, unlimited PTO, my supervisor is awesome

While there are pro to working under a parent company, there are some things that I know Ookla would LIKE to do but cannot do to the limitations set by ZD.
