Really stable company and well known in the industry. Their app is super popular and they have a lot going on behind the scenes to monetize it Management is trying super hard to improve constantly and there’s clearly a lot they’re looking to get done.

Cons

Staffing in engineering is still lean and they’re prioritizing contractors more and more

Pros

Company is in growth mode, lots of opportunity to make an impact quickly. Global culture supports excellent remote work with good blend of in-office opportunities. Small enough that my individual impact is super noticeable, but growing big enough to get the benefit of learning and growth.

Cons

Global nature can lead to time zone conflict for meetings -- requires teams to be really intentionally about asynch collaboration
