Cons

While they intend to work on career development, it's not the intention. If you don't meet the bar you are out no questions asked.

Flexible working arrangements, ability to work 100% remotely, unlimited PTO, my supervisor is awesome

While there are pro to working under a parent company, there are some things that I know Ookla would LIKE to do but cannot do to the limitations set by ZD.
