Interesting work; a sense of really being able to contribute, and of being valued for it; coworkers and managers one actually wants to be around, respect for work/life balance.

Cons

Nothing notable. I sometimes feel affected by cross-team communication failure, but given how fast we've been growing, we're actually managing that better than lots of companies IMO.

* Excellent culture (friendly, inclusive, supportive) * Smart, skilled staff * Willing and able to take the time to build things well and correctly * Flexible work environment (many employees are remote, many others frequently work from home)

Cons

* Some difficulty focusing and trying to take on too many things at once, though that's a recognized issue and is being actively addresses at multiple levels
