-My only complaint about OpTech is I wish it was closer to my house---but it's worth the drive!

Pros

I have been at OpTech for two years now, and I feel like my opinion is valued and that I am making a contribution to the company as a whole. The company is very fair and understanding. They communicate from the top down, but have a culture where staff can share ideas and be heard, even with the president.

Cons

I like almost everything about OpTech, but sometimes we start a new initiative and don't always follow it through to completion. That being said, some of the new leaders seem to be making sure this changes.

Pros

OpTech is a great place to work! The environment is unmatchable. Hands down the best place I have every worked. Great work-life balance, and they actually care about their employees.

Cons

I don't have any complaints.
