• Opportunities for growth • Flexible work environment • Team oriented environment • High level of employee appreciation • Internal employees' PTO benefits are great • Some opportunities for training and certifications • Customer service is a top priority and something the company prides itself on • Open to feedback, new ideas and constructive criticism

• Lower level leaders are not empowered to take on more responsibility • Documentation and processes need attention company wide

Pros

What do most people want out of a career? - A great group of people to work with - A team atmosphere - A sense of pride in their work - A company that is growing and expanding - Feeling like you have a voice to contribute - Being appreciated OpTech provides all of these things and more. There are countless other wonderful smaller perks too. I highly recommend the company.
