Product based, lot of scope to learn & then contribute towards it.

Pros

Co-workers were very good to work with always willing to help. Even if you were not sure how to correct an issue somebody always willing to help.

Cons

Managent was not very inclusive in information about the company. They hired more senior staff and continued to let workers go.

Compensation is at par to the industry. Work life balance is good. People are good technically and can handle the technical challenges.

Cons

Management is poor and need to change its style. Without any clear vision it is impossible to run a company.
