Good Salaries on joining, Food and cab facility.

Cons

Technical Leader ship is weak , Indian mangement is toothless. right now is a flux(not sure how to grow), layoffs do happen.

Pros

Good medical and dental benefits, industry standard pay for most positions, ability to work remotely, flexible work schedule, friendly, helpful coworkers

Cons

Expectation is that employees will work weekends, every weekend. Senior management is not approchable, nor do they communicate well. Continuous layoffs, horrible employee morale. Senior management says they want to provide superior customer support, but do not provide the tools or support structure to produce even adequate support. A few top-tier clients receive great support so that they will provide references to potential clients, the rest of the clients are left to pick up the scraps. Stopped company 401(k) contributions.
